When I start the game I get some error

basically i just installed the game, double clicked the .exe, it showed the logo and then gave me a "runtime error in the .exe file, abnormal program termination"
on the top of the error window it says somthing about c++ libraries or whatever.

my comp is 3gigaherz, 1 gig ram, crappy internal directx8.1 video card...
oh and winxp.

any ideas? do i have to install c++ libraries or something?

Probably the graphics card is not compatible.

i am studying C++ and, C++ its a program (like PASCAL) that you can program something, so i dont think that is the graphics card. maybe its your game.. you have brought the ame or downloaded.

if you have downloaded then your game probably its crashed.

In the time since I started developing games I have seen the strangest errors. Graphics drivers with bugs that internally have memory leaks can also cause to crash the program which uses them. I think everything is possible in this case.

The error "runtime error in the .exe file, abnormal program termination" I must admit I have never seen before.

The game does not require any special libraries. DirectX is important and I had cases where the graphics driver made problems. But these problems are listed in the FAQ.
