Player Decisions and Interests

I am interested to find out what influences a players interest to join another club.

I'm guessing that it's not just based on reputation, because I created a team with 20 reputation but no players in the English Premier League were prepared to join.

So I'm just wondering what other factors affect the decision?

Many factors.

At first you have to wait a few days until your team has made a financial calculation for the new season. This is important because then they know what wage they can spend for players.

The biggest factor is the reputation. Other factors are: how strong the team already is and if there's already a good (maybe better) player on the position of the player that you want to buy, his chances for a place in the first team etc. ...
