I believe that something should be done with training.

I started as 16y old forward player.
In my first season I played in polish 4th division.
These are my stats:

No. of matches: 37
No. of goals: 179
No. of assist: 2
No. of MOM: 30
Average: 9.36

In that time I also have been played for polish national team!!!
In 2 matches I scored 6 goals!!!

In whole season I got 6 trainings (16.5 points) and 0 offers from another teams.
My player’s value is 50k

I started as unknown player (0%)
Ability – 100%
Potential – Dynamic
Difficulty – hard

It’s wird that my player played so good and didn’t have any offers from better clubs and didn’t developed much...

Maybe it's time to talk to him in private??? ;-)

With a starting ability of 100% you start as an absolute world-class player, not as an unknown player.. :)

You don't get offers because you only may transfer once per season.

"My player’s value is 50k "

I'm quite sure he ment Potential 100%

I've played 40 matches with my 16 year old attacker scoring lots of goals and having best average rating in the league... but I've only increase 2 points in training... 1 Reflexes and 1 Anticipation =(

(100% potential)

No, potential is dynamic. Even a world-class player has a very low value when he plays for a team with a low reputation in a unknown division.

Btw a 16 years old player doesn't improve very much. You have the best chances to increase at an age between 19 and 23. I've finetuned it a lot. You can be sure that your player will become better sooner or later if you keep playing well.
